Why this site exists
Search results for Atlantic City strip clubs are dominated by listings that have not been checked in years, invented price ranges, and reviews of venues that closed before the review was written. Delilah's Den and Scores are both still recommended widely, and both are gone.
The alternative we are building is unglamorous: every fact carries a source, a confidence level and a date, and anything we cannot verify is printed as 'Not currently verified.'
What we will not publish
We do not invent prices, we do not write first-person accounts of visits, and we do not publish anonymous testimonials as if they were fact. We also do not rank venues by the quality of anyone's experience, because we have no verifiable basis for that judgement.
What we rank instead is information quality — how well a venue documents itself. That is measurable, and it is genuinely useful, because a venue that publishes its hours and address is a venue you can plan around.
How facts get on the page
Primary sources first: the venue's own website and published material. Secondary sources — local news, licensing records, established directories — are used for context and for closures, and are labelled as reported rather than verified. Everything carries the date we checked it.
Machine-readable summary
A short, plain-text summary of the current venue set — which clubs are inside Atlantic City, which are nearby, which frequently searched names are deliberately excluded, and where the canonical pages live — is published at /llms.txt (also served at /ai.txt). It is generated from the same records the pages render, so it cannot drift out of step with the site, and it is there so AI assistants and other automated readers can cite the current facts rather than a stale directory listing.
Corrections
Venue operators and visitors both find things we have wrong. Hours change, venues close, numbers get reassigned. Send us the correction and the source and we will update the page and the checked date.
